
ABOUT AUSTIN EASTERLING
Austin Easterling is a Product Strategist based in New York City, working at Moody’s where he focuses on partnerships, platform strategy, and building scalable products that support global businesses. With nearly a decade of experience at Moody’s, Austin has played a key role in shaping product direction, driving cross functional collaboration, and translating complex problems into practical, market ready solutions.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Austin moved to New York after graduating from Morehouse College with a degree in Economics. His background blends strategic thinking with a strong creative foundation, spanning product management, technology, branding, and digital experience design.
Outside of his corporate work, Austin runs Three Seven One, a creative studio focused on web design, branding, and storytelling for founders, organizations, and community driven brands. He has designed and managed websites across a range of industries, helping clients clarify their message, elevate their presence, and build digital experiences that feel intentional and human.
Austin is also deeply committed to leadership and inclusion. He is the co-founder of the Black Impact Group (B.I.G.), Moody’s first Black employee resource group, where he helped establish a platform for professional development, mentorship, and community building.
At the core of Austin’s work, both strategic and creative, is a belief in thoughtful execution, collaboration, and building things that last.
